Simplify Administration with
TASKE Console!
With TASKE Console, new in TASKE Contact 8.5, all administration functions
are now grouped into one easy-to-use application. The Status view provides a
visual status of all TASKE server-based applications, services and utilities,
while the Tools view provides a single access point for Database management
and configuration of TASKE Contact.
Status
View:
- Provides access and control to all TASKE server-based applications,
services and utilities
- Displays current status of each component
- Provides the ability to start and stop services
Tools View:
- Provides access to Administration, Database Update and IP address configuration
wizards
- Database update wizard automates synchronization with host switch settings
- IP address wizard automatically gathers information about the TASKE
installation and updates registry information
Concerned about security? TASKE Contact 8.5 offers enhanced
user security at two levels. The Agent Desktop lock, which restricts the real-time
variables agents can change on the agent desktop sign, and Resource access control,
which allows administrators to control access to specific TASKE Contact application
resources, such as agents, groups and queues.
