Introducing TASKE 8.5

Loaded with new features, TASKE Contact version 8.5 is now here! Available as a free upgrade to TASKE customers who are subscribed to TASKE's Total Care Program, this release is more portable than ever before! Check out the latest features.

  • For greater efficiency, myTASKE™, TASKE's new web-based supervisor desktop application, gives you enhanced capabilities to manage your contact center from any PC with web access. myTASKE, supported by most Java-enabled browsers, including Microsoft® Internet Explorer (IE) and Netscape®, is an exceptionally universal product. It is operating-system independent functioning on PC, MAC, UNIX and LINUX platforms.

  • For your enhanced security, resource access control is available. This allows the site configuration to restrict agent and supervisor access to specific resources.

  • For additional reporting capabilities, TASKE Reports now includes range reports that give you the ability to run reports for a predetermined range of dates, as well as an Agent Group by Queue by Agent report and a Queue by Talk Time Distribution report.

  • For increased usability, TASKE Console, the new applications and services manager from TASKE, collects all TASKE server applications into one convenient user interface. Console increases efficiency by allowing users to start or stop specific TASKE applications and services or start them automatically at Windows startup.

  • Inter-Tel Axxess®
    System OAI Level 1 and Level 2

    General availability: December 2, 2002

    Specific Enhancements for Level 2:

    • Call Visualizer - For additional search capabilities, Call Visualizer is an invaluable resource for call analysis and tracking. A cradle-to-grave call-reporting tool, Call Visualizer uses a natural language filtering system to search for call records matching the filter criteria.
    • Added support for 5 digit trunk group IDs.
    • Removed search application, replaced by Call Visualizer.
  • Iwatsu ADIX® APS

    Availability: To be determined, pending Iwatsu product verification.

    Enhancements:

    • Added support for ADIX 7.3 data stream.
    • TASKE Announcer now supports in-queue messaging.
  • Mitel Networks SX-200®, SX-2000®and 3300 Integrated Communications Platform (ICP)

    General availability: December 2, 2002

    Changes: SX-200D is no longer supported starting with version 8.5.

  • Toshiba® Strata CIX100, CIX200, and CIX670

    General availability: December 2, 2002

    Enhancements: New platform release.
