New Names for TASKE

To coincide with the upcoming release of TASKE 8.5, TASKE Technology Inc. is renaming its product suite.

Formerly TASKE Call Center Management Tools, the entire TASKE suite will now be titled TASKE Management Solutions. This new name will more properly represent the complete TASKE product line and reflect future product development, with increased emphasis on call management in the enterprise, rather than just the contact center.

Also changing are the names of the base suite from TASKE ACD ToolBox to TASKE Contact and TASKE Voice ToolBox to TASKE Announcer. With the same applications as TASKE ACD ToolBox, TASKE Contact will represent the suite's contact center focus.

Although the product names are changing, the TASKE software continues to deliver the same advanced functionality as before. End users will see no change in the individual applications.
