functions directly from the computer. Screen pops prepare staff
before they interact with the caller, intelligent call keys display
caller ID and call status, and with Call Notes, users can also gather
and attach important information to a call before forwarding it.
This means any employee can know who's calling and their history,
even before answering the phone!
Screen Pops - when a phone call comes in, Net Phone triggers
the software's database and automatically launches (pops-up)
the caller's contact information.
Advanced Call Management - dialing, answering, transferring,
placing a call on hold, and ending calls are all possible from
the compact or expanded Net Phone interface. Intelligent call
keys display the Caller ID and status of each call, allowing users
to efficiently manage multiple calls.
Call Notes - attach important information to a call with
the Call Notes feature. The information follows the caller as
transfers occur to other departments or extensions, eliminating
the need to ask a caller for the same information multiple times.
Personal Call Handler - save time by automatically performing
routine call-handling events. Net Phone addresses each call or
function based on the user or company preference. Announce VIP
calls with a particular tone from the PC, forward incoming calls
from a specific number directly to voice mail, and launch email
or contact programs all with Net Phone!
