TASKE Technology Inc., is currently shipping version 8.1 of TASKE Call Management Solutions.

What's New in TASKE 8.1

Version 8.1 of TASKE Call Management Solutionsprovides users with the following enhancements:

• Agent State Alarms added to the ACD Monitor.
• Agent Extension information now available in the ACD Monitor.
• Called and calling numbers now displayed in ACD Monitor.
• Maintenance Alarms now displayed on the Supervisor desktop in the Info window.

Platform-specific improvements include:

• Support for the MAGIX 2.1 data stream (Avaya).
• Default for the Database Populator is now Query Mode for OAI2 (Inter-Tel).
• An option to turn off Call Monitoring Indicators (Inter-Tel).
