Previewing the TASKE Call Visualizer

Finding that elusive call record from among the hundreds or thousands received every day can be an insurmountable challenge to many contact center managers. Yet having the ability to do so is frequently expected and occasionally mandated. Until now, TASKE Search has been one of the few tools available to assist in solving this modern version of the needle-in-a-haystack problem. Soon however, finding those elusive records will be much easier with TASKE's new Call Visualizer.

Designed for ease of use, the Call Visualizer provides a high-level filtering capability to complete your initial search. Parameters such as call type, time of day, and calling number target records and these records are displayed in a list format that may be sorted based on record content. When your list displays the records of interest, select individual records and view a graphical representation of the call that displays call flows that include time-on-hold, transfers, and other state changes.

Call Visualizer offers a new, and much-anticipated, advance in call management technology, with availability beginning in Q3 2002.
