Remote Training Via the World Wide Web

TASKE has extended its training capabilities through the addition of a remote training option. Using the latest web-based training tools, a certified TASKE trainer can deliver training to your group remotely, thus offering an extremely cost-effective alternative to on-site training. Training programs are typically 3-4 hours in duration and are currently available for the following:

  • TASKE ACD ToolBox
  • Installation & Maintenance
  • TASKE Reports
  • Voice ToolBox
  • WallSign

Custom training programs may also be developed to meet your specific needs.

What do I need to receive online training?

All that is required at the customer location is a telephone and an internet-enabled PC running either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape®.
