TASKE 8.1 - Latest Enhancements

TASKE is continuing to evolve our flagship products to incorporate new and innovative features that meet specific customer needs. Recent additions to release 8.1 of the TASKE Call Center Management Tools include:

  • the ACD Monitor now displays called and calling numbers, providing additional information to assist supervisors in the monitoring and tracking of agent activity
  • Reports now produces the new DNIS by Time reports, allowing call center supervisors to relate call volumes to specific dialed numbers
  • the ACD Monitor now displays the DND Reason Code
  • Reports now produces the new DND Reason Code report that shows the time spent in various DND states for Agents and Agent Groups
