TASKE 8.1 Now Shipping!

TASKE Technology Inc., a leader in call center management solutions, today announced the release of version 8.1 of TASKE Call Center Management Tools for Avaya MERLIN MAGIX, Inter-Tel and Mitel telephone systems. TASKE 8.1 for Iwatsu will be available in early November.

What's New in TASKE 8.1

Version 8.1 of TASKE Call Center Management Tools provides all users with the following enhancements:

  • Agent State Alarms added to the ACD Monitor.
  • Agent Extension information now available in the ACD Monitor.
  • Maintenance Alarms now displayed on the Supervisor desktop in the Info window.

Platform-specific improvements include:

  • Support for the Magix 2.1 data stream (Avaya).
  • Default for the Database Populator is now Query Mode for OAI2 (Inter-Tel).
  • An option to turn off Call Monitoring Indicators (Inter-Tel).
