Coming Up: TASKE 8.1

TASKE Technology's research and development team has been hard at work preparing the latest release of our call center monitoring and reporting software. TASKE® Call Center Management Tools 8.1 is coming soon and will provide a number of useful, customer-requested enhancements, including:

  • agent state alarms now available on ACD Monitor;
  • agent extension information now available on ACD Monitor;
  • maintenance alarms displayed on Supervisor desktop; and
  • an option to turn off call monitoring indicators (Inter-Tel AXXESS only).

Make sure your TASKE software is under maintenance to entitle you to upgrade to the new version.
