Sneak Peek: Web-enabled Call Center Management Tools and ODBC InterfaceTASKE Technology continues to keep pace with the ever-changing call center industry. Delivering innovative products is our mission! Currently, we're planning the release of a Web-enabled version of TASKE Call Center Management Tools that will run on all common operating systems, including Windows, Linux and Macintosh. With the Web-enabled TASKE ACD Monitor, supervisors will be able to view real-time agent activity from anywhere in the world, using a supported Web browser and Internet connection. And remote agents will be able to keep an eye on ACD traffic with the Web-enabled version of TASKE Agent Desktop. We're also hard at work on an Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) interface for TASKE Call Center Management Tools. The TASKE ODBC interface will allow efficient interactivity between third-party software, like Crystal Reports™, and proprietary data from the TASKE Administrator Database and TASKE Reports, much like data stored in an SQL database.
