TASKE Technology's New Release Rated 'Avaya Compliant'

Ottawa, Ontario, February 4th, 2009 - TASKE Technology, a leading provider of call management software solutions today announced that its latest release of TASKE Contact, version 8.8, maintains it's compliant status with Avaya Communication Manager 5.0 platform, from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.

TASKE Contact 8.8 is a flexible web-based contact center management solution enabling managers and employees to respond dynamically to call center conditions and improve overall call center performance. TASKE Contact 8.8 has the ability to report on call activity, monitor call center agent performance levels, respond immediately to changing call volume and agent availability, and control call center operating costs. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Communication Manager 5.0.

As a Gold member of the program, TASKE Technology is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab in Lincroft, N.J.  There a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compliant.  Doing so ensures businesses can confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure—speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.
