FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Avaya Distributors Embrace TASKE Call Center Management ToolsOttawa, Ontario, 7 May 2001 - TASKE Technology Inc., an industry leader in management information systems for call centers, today announced agreements with Badger Communications, Catalyst Telecom, Pinacor and Voda One Corp. to distribute TASKE® Call Center Management Tools for Avaya's MERLIN MAGIX, version 2.0. The addition of these distributors' dealers essentially doubles the already large number of dealers currently reselling the suite of TASKE Call Center Management Tools. Agreements were established with each distributor in the first quarter of 2001. Over the past three months, TASKE Technology has successfully equipped these distributors and their dealers with the education and the tools they need to sell TASKE Technology/Avaya integrated solutions to the call center industry.
