2016 Q4 TASKE Software Now Available

No more Java Applets!

TASKE is excited to announce that the 2016 Q4 release is the first to not require Java applets for our second-by-second updated real-time views within the browser. This version is now HTML5 compliant and will function in all modern web browsers. This version still contains all the great features TASKE users love, but has a new more modern look. This update is available for TASKE Contact, Visualizer, and Reporter customers utilizing the Avaya Communication Manager, Cisco, Iwatsu, and Toshiba telephone systems.

Customers currently enrolled in the TASKE Total Care Program can receive this software for free!* Please ensure you carefully review the system requirements for this new version prior to upgrading as they have changed. A new license key will be required, fill out the request form or contact support for assistance.

Customers wishing to upgrade to this version should take note: this version does not include TASKE Chat. Due to the number of alternative third party chat services available, it no longer made sense to continue to support this feature and instead focus our efforts elsewhere in the product.


This software includes many bug fixes and the following enhancements:

  • HTML5 compatible - Java is no longer required to use the web portal real-time
  • All reports in a template can be downloaded together in zip format
  • A link to a Call Detail view can be emailed to another TASKE user
  • Additional display options for performance indicators in the webSign, real-time and review areas
  • Removal of all Chat services

Specific to Avaya Telephone Systems

  • Integration with our new Call Recording platform. Customers can listen to recordings of their calls from within TASKE Visualizer.
  • Bulk add and remove of agents to skills using Agent Skill Management
  • Automatically start monitors on devices added to the SDB via Database Synchronize Wizard
